Information Architecture Assessment
CSI are offering clients the benefit of an Information Architecture Assessment where one of our specialist consultants will facilitate an onsite review, taking between 3 to 5 hours.
The review is a service designed to help resolve issues surrounding fragmentation of data and information across the business. Subject to specific clients requirements, our review is aimed at looking to reduce scenarios where conflicting business information is reported and the organisation has "one version of the truth". During the review, our consultants will use the following programme to help define and recommend an appropriate approach to managing data within your business, now and in the future:
Part 1 - Existing systems/applications/structure

Part 3 - Recommendation
CSI will provide a report containing:
- an appropriate solution to maximise the utilisation of existing IT assets
- the implementation services required to deliver the solution
- a timescale to complete the project
